We recently sat down with the incredible Nicola Olyslagers (née McDermott), our local high jump champion! Nicola trains at Mingara Regional Athletics Centre regularly with her coach Matt Horsnell. Nicola won the silver medal in Tokyo and is heading to Paris to compete again this year. Good luck Nicola, we can’t wait to watch you in Paris.
